Getting a Japanese visa requires navigating through a complex process, especially for those who would like to build their careers or start out a business. Unlike other offices that offer Japanese visa applcation service, our office operates with English speaking clients in mind. Our goal is to help you legally succeed in Japan.
For individual specific inquiry, the first step is to request for the Quotation Service to identify the visa category you need and to determine if you have a possibility of getting a favorable outcome. The price of this Quotation Service is FREE. Before reaching us out at the Contact page, make sure you have read and agreed to our "Terms of Service" as well as "Privacy Policy" at the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If we deem you have a possibility of getting a successful outcome, no matter how slight it may be, you will receive from us a document of individual specific contract and a quotation, as well as a bill for the retainer fee which is JPY 38,500. Upon your payment of the retainer fee and your signature on your contract, we shall commence working on your visa application. Please note that this retainer fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your visa application. In general, we bill only when our job is completed. The exceptions are complex and high risk cases where we may bill a half of a quoted price when a visa application document is crafted and the other half when we have a successful outcome. Hence, in a complex and high risk case, your financial risk will be at least a half of a quoted price regardless of an outcome. In a normal case, you will get billed only when we have a successful outcome.

(1) Retainer Fee (non-refundable) is JPY 38,500.
(2) Actual fees quoted may vary case by case.
(3) Any expenses incurred in fulfilling a contract with you will be advanced and then billed later.
(4) Any expenses associated with settling bills with us shall be borne by you.
(5) Any client who is a resident of Japan will incur the consumption tax of 10%.
(6) Complex and high risk cases that fall under the Category 3 & 4 will be 300% of the prices quoted.
(7) Consulting fees for areas not covered above is JPY 38,500 for the first 30 min. and then JPY 15,950 for the next 15 min. increment. Prices are inclusive of the 10% consumption tax.
